Refund Policy

7-day guarantee
LabPlay offers a full refund guarantee of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of each charge, including the first purchase and subsequent renewals.
This guarantee complies with art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), which grants consumers the right of withdrawal for purchases made electronically.
How to request
To request a refund, contact our support within the 7-day window through one of the channels below:

Refund processing
Once the request is approved, the refund is processed within up to 10 (ten) business days, to the same payment method used in the purchase. Credit timing may vary depending on the card issuer or payment platform.
Once the refund is confirmed, account access is terminated immediately. The User will have 7 (seven) calendar days to export their data and content before the Workspace is permanently deleted.
Outside the window
Requests made after 7 calendar days from the charge are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of a serious and proven service failure solely attributable to LabPlay. In such cases, each situation is evaluated individually by contacting support.
